The 10 Hours per Week Ironman Plan

Didn’t think you could successfully complete an Ironman with the time you have to commit to training? With this plan we have given you all you need to not just finish the ironman but be competitive!

This plan is for you if

  • You’ve always wanted to complete an Ironman but never thought you had enough time to train.
  • You work long hours and training 15+ hours a week has never been an option for you.
  • You love your family and didn’t think you could train for an Ironman while spending enough quality time with them.
  • You’ve finished an Ironman before but no longer want to commit the same amount of time to training but would still love to cross that finish line again.

The Plan

You will find all of our key Team Sirius Tri Club workouts lead by Siri Lindley and Bek Keat!

We have combined our 45 years experience at the top of the sport to bring you every session you need including strength, aerobic, threshold and most importantly keeping it fun!

The plan is made up of;
16 weeks of 10 hrs or less a week
6 weeks where it hits 11-13 hrs max
2 weeks less than 8 hrs total training time

10 Hours to Ironman Plan weeks

Workouts include one session per day with longer workouts on weekends up to 5 hours on Sat and 2 -3 hours on Sundays!

During the week you will be able to mange 1-1.5 hours max workout times and still get all the training you need to be 100% ready, fit, strong and Fast!

Our plans are based on RPE (effort) or Rate of Perceived Exertion and not power numbers or paces!

As you get fitter your HR zones change and become unreliable! You need to listen to your body and trust that on any given day as long as your effort is there and you are giving your absolute best that is all that matters!

Monthly Membership + $199

When you sign up to Team Sirius Tri Club you can purchase this or any of our Training Plans for a single payment of $199 on top of our monthly club membership fee of $37 a month. Just choose your plan at checkout.

Annual Membership + Free Plan $399

When you sign up to Team Sirius Tri Club for a year you get a huge discount compared to the monthly payments and you can choose this plan or any one of our other plans absolutely free. Just choose your plan at checkout.

A Single Payment of $299

Or you can purchase this plan with no commitment to joining our club for a single payment of $299. This option will allow you to download the plan as a PDF document or use the plan inside your TrainingPeaks account.

How do I get my training plan?

If you purchase the annual club option you'll be able to login to the club platform, apply the plan to your Team Sirius training calendar and start training straight away using our custom mobile and web apps. If you want to use the plan in your Training Peaks account, email us after you've purchased the plan at teamsiriustriclub@gmail.com

What fitness levels do the plans cater for?

We have training plans designed for all fitness levels including beginner, intermediate and advanced. If you are unsure which plan suits you best email us at teamsiriustriclub@gmail.com and provide us with as much detail as possible regarding your current fitness level, training time available and goals for your race.

What currency is the pricing?

All our pricing is in US dollars.

Can I use the plan in Training Peaks?

Yes if you'd like to use the plan in your Training Peaks account, email us after you've purchased the plan at teamsiriustriclub@gmail.com

I don't get to a computer often, can I still use the training plan?

Yes, when you purchase a training plan from us you have the option of receiving a printable PDF document. You can simply print it off and keep it handy for planning your training. Email us at teamsiriustriclub@gmail.com after you've purchased the plan if you'd like the PDF version.
