It’s important for to have a lose upper body when working out!

The thoracic pecs and back  should be loose and able to move when you move! Having  a stiff or tight upper body limits mobility and also can affect your breathing and even lung capacity! Tight thoracic and rib cage limits the body’s ability to inspire or  breathe in and expire or breathe out!


Arm swims across chest 15 -20 reps

Chest stretch 15-20 sec keep a slight movement

Thoracic Upper back stretch 15-30 sec keep a slight movement
