This works all muscle groups and is a great overall body workout!👊

Preferably use weights or grab a band, use a brick, fill milk bottles with sand or find an alternative for weights!

Workout 🏋️‍♀️ 👇
3 sets of 15 of each exercise
Chest press
Push-ups
One arm row or seated row
Reverse flies
Bicep curls
Tricep dips or tricep push-ups
Sit-ups or crunches
Plank hold
