Troys specialty is middle distance and long distances courses, he enjoys training athletes for this, where he has more experience. If you are looking to improve on Half Ironman & Ironman distance he is the one to help you to get to your goal!

I decided to be coached by Troy after meeting him at Ironman Boulder. A few years ago I started to follow him on Instagram and a lot of times when things at training weren’t working as wished for me I found some picture that inspired me with his insights. So after hanging out some days and discovered the amazing human being he is I decided to share paths with him.

The result? Well, he is a badass and every day with his effort and hard work he inspires me to be a better athlete but most of all a better person.

It’s my honor to be guided by him, because as his mantra says he show me the way to be RELENTLESS.

I could just start by saying that in only one year of been coached by Troy my IM PR went ‪from 15:13‬ to a truly never possibly imagined ‪12:48‬!  But really this is the least important part.  My journey with Troy has provided mostly confidence and self understanding that there are no limits to what I can do, as he keeps on challenging me and making me become a better athlete and person.  All my respect to Troy as mi coach and my appreciation as a friend.  Life changing experiences are invaluable!
